PART A: GENERAL WEBSITE TERMS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our websites, you confirm:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- You agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws
2. Services Description
FinFit GmbH provides financial education services:
- Online courses (including VISION Academy)
- Webinars and workshops
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- Educational content (blog, videos, newsletters)
All services are EDUCATIONAL. See our Disclaimer page for important limitations.
3. User Accounts
Account holders agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete registration information
- Maintain password security and confidentiality
- Not share credentials with third parties
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
- Use content for commercial purposes without permission
- Upload materials to AI tools, torrent sites, or competitors
- Share, resell, or redistribute course materials
- Remove copyright notices
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Interfere with website functionality
- Upload malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass other users or staff
PART B: COURSE & PURCHASE TERMS
6. Course Access & License
Upon payment, you receive a LIMITED, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license for personal, non-commercial educational use.
Access Duration:
- VISION Academy materials: Lifetime (subject to platform availability)
- Live Q&A recordings, bonus workshops: 12 months from enrollment
- 1:1 Coaching: Scheduled session duration only
ACCOUNT SHARING PROHIBITED. Your access is personal only. Sharing credentials = immediate termination without refund.
7. Payment Terms
Prices in CHF unless otherwise stated. Payments processed via Stripe/Thinkific.
Payment Plans:
You agree to complete all installments. Failure to pay = suspended access. Outstanding balances may be sent to collections.
8. REFUND POLICY
VISION Academy Course:

1:1 Coaching Sessions:
- 48+ hours before: Full refund or reschedule
- Less than 48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule (once)
- No-show without notice: No refund
- After delivery: No refund
Non-Refundable:
- Courses with 20%+ content accessed
- Requests after 14-day period
- Promotional/discounted purchases
- Accounts terminated for violations
CHARGEBACKS: Initiating a chargeback = immediate account suspension. We dispute unjustified chargebacks.
9. Student Conduct
Course participants agree to:
- Engage respectfully in community forums and calls
- Not share confidential info from other students
- Not promote competing products in our community
- Not spam or solicit members
Violations = removal without refund.
PART C: LEGAL TERMS
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or that results will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SWISS LAW:
FINFIT GMBH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Investment decisions based on our content
- Unauthorized account access
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Amount paid in 12 months preceding claim, or CHF 100 (whichever greater).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinFit GmbH from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, use of services, or violation of third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
14. Modifications
We may modify these Terms. Material changes notified via email/website. Continued use = acceptance.
