We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. You will work directly with our founder, Charlene Cong. Get to know more about her here:
Job Description:
- Conduct industry and competitor research
- Support the development and continuous optimization of our social media strategy
- Create, curate, and schedule content for LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram
- Design eye-catching visuals using Canva
- Master the skills of reels
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
- Create social media campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
- Passion for education and finance, and a commitment to our mission of democratizing financial education for everyday people
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of finance and investments
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Proficiency in Canva for designing visuals
- Proficiency in video editing
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Exceptional attention to detail
